The right person will

  • Plan, execute and handle budget management for all direct marketing efforts
  • Manage the Creative Services team of 4-8 people
  • Oversee copy writing, design, layout and production of promotional materials
  • Have very limited travel needed for the position
  • Be a college graduate and have at least 8 years of B2C marketing experience
  • Have strong project management and organization skills
  • Have experience with using and managing CRM oriented programs
  • Have solid P&L experience and campaign analysis experience
