This person will:

Will have 2 direct reports

Analyze and research the market to determine initial set up activities

Determine the latest publishing trends in order to evaluate current operations

Utilize above research to develop operational plans and address shortcomings

Develop new market segments

Determine feasibility for new product development and develop business plan

Formulate budget plans and develop marketing campaigns for new products and services

Analyze and perform competitive assessments of the customer's needs
-
Work both internally and externally with businesses to develop bundled products
-
Lead diverse teams to develop specific business plans including technology development assessment, communication strategy and training, and content acquisition

Ability to manage a project by leading teams from a variety of disciplines and cultural groups to complete tasks

Facilitate the punctual completion of projects by establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors
Qualifications needed are:

A bachelors degree or above

5 years experience in publishing or technology
-
Ability to oversee development of web sites and products

Develop cooperative atmosphere among groups
