Our client is seeking a proven sales rep that can act as a consultant to University Professors to assist them in developing the finest customized solutions for their students.
This person will:

Report to sales manager

Manage existing accounts and seek out new business

Be responsible for continued growth of the client base

Be a sharp, tenacious, high-energy, multi-tasker

Be committed to providing an OUTSTANDING client experience
Qualifications:

BA required
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organizational skills, attentive to detail and able to prioritize multiple tasks

Ability to build a strong rapport with clients, overcome objectives and be persuasive

Must be a self starter and able to work independently

Must have a positive attitude with a charismatic phone personality and active listening skills
-
Be able to effectively manage and work a database of clients and prospects
-
1-4 years of sales experience (ideally in higher ed publishing) is preferred
-
Experience with MS Office suite would be a strong plus
